This is sturdy and works great with a heavy monitor. My only gripe is that because it takes the space of the top slot, the actual desk has to move lower down, and that doesn't work for me as a standing desk (I'm 185cm tall).

The monitor stand works like it should. I use it for a second monitor and depending on what I'm working on, I stow the laptop under the monitor stand to keep the space neat.
I like the option of reconfiguring the desk into a stand up but if you do that, then the monitor stand would be a moot point because there wouldn't be any place slot it into.

Monitor shelf was moderately priced and shipped quickly. It does tilt forward slightly from the weight of the monitor but like how little space it takes up overall.

Excellent addition to the WFH standing/sitting desk. The desk has met all expectations but the monitor stand moved the desk to a whole new level. The lap top goes on this and is just the right height for online meetings whilst being able to view the big screen above and have the desk top clear for a key board, pad and pen. Highly recommend
