I was a little daunted when my flat pack arrived and I was faced with putting my desk together. The process went smoothly once I figured out how to use the keys. I bought a factory second but, frankly, I can't see any blemishes that would prevent it from being perfect. It was a great buy at a great price. Thank you, WFH.

Because of financial limitations, I jumped at the opportunity to order a "factory second" desk when I saw the ad online. UPS delivered the desk and the packaging was in shambles so I contacted the company. I received a response immediately and the customer service could not have been better. So friendly and accommodating. It was incredible! I never see customer service like that anymore. I would recommend this company to anyone, just for that. It is an extra bonus that they provide quality products.

I have the basic stand up desk and think it is absolutely brilliant. It's super strong, yet easy to assemble and take apart. It looks beautiful and easily fits a screen, my laptop, notebook, a potplant and a box of tissues! It fits nicely into the corner of the room and creates a good looking, positive dedicated working space.
The service from the Work From Home Desks team was outstanding. I look forward to purchasing more products from them in the future.

So far this desk is working out excellently. The desk was very easy to put together and offers height adjustment to match your standing height or convert to a sit-down desk. I'm excited to add some attachments to the desk make it a customized work station. That said, the desk is plenty big and the top brace allows for two small monitors to sit elevated above the desk (note, the "top shelf" add-on would improve this). There are only a couple of very minor scuffs that make this desk a Factor Second. Very pleased.
